Ardynn serves adults diagnosed with cancer, and their loved ones. Ardynn is cost-free to members whose health plan, provider, or employer has an existing partnership with Ardynn. For those without coverage, a self-pay option is available.

The first step for a self-pay individual is requesting a 60-minute virtual consultation with a cancer-specialized Ardynn advocate. You will be asked to answer a few questions that are important to helping the advocate prepare for your meeting.
You can choose for this consultation to take place via phone or Zoom. You are welcome to invite loved ones to participate.

Upon submission of the request, an Ardynn representative will respond within one business day to answer your initial questions and schedule you with an advocate.
This 60-minute consultation carries a fee of $250. It can be applied towards your Ardynn enrollment fees, should you choose to enroll. This fee is collected at the time of scheduling.

During your consultation, your advocate will hear and understand your situation firsthand. They will provide insights and answers to your most pressing questions and concerns. They will assess your needs and begin to determine how Ardynn can be most helpful to you as you move forward in your journey. Your advocate will follow up after the consultation with a summary of the discussion, potential next steps, and pricing should you choose to continue with Ardynn.
