Supporting your patients. Supporting you.

As a private advocacy service, we provide patients and their loved ones with something rare: time. Time to express their concerns, ask questions, and consider how their diagnosis might impact their life’s plans. Our advocates facilitate high-fidelity shared-decision-making, ensuring that treatment choices align with patients’ goals and preferences—leading to greater satisfaction with their care.

How Ardynn supports your patients.

A cancer diagnosis changes everything for your patients and their families. Ardynn’s dedicated advocates provide practical and emotional support as often as needed. We recognize that each person’s experience is unique, so we make the time to listen, understand their concerns and goals, and help then navigate the path ahead. While we do not provide clinical guidance, we act as a liaison, ensuring that care decisions align with what matters most to the patient. This personalized, non-clinical support not only enhances the patient experience but also helps streamline clinical appointments, making them more efficient and focused. By combining compassionate advocacy with personalized real-world data, we deliver a whole-person approach to cancer support—one that empowers your patients with confidence, clarity, and peace of mind as they move through their care journey.

Better information for better shared decision making.

PotentiaMetrics, the parent company of Ardynn, delivers actionable healthcare insights to help patients and providers make more informed decisions. Their proprietary patient treatment decision support tool, Capire360, empowers Ardynn’s advocates to provide patients with personalized insights into treatment outcomes based on real-world data.

Capire360. Empowering patients.
Informing you.

Capire360 is not a clinical decision-support tool. It does not determine which chemotherapy drug is best suited for a patient, or give recommendations on which treatments a patient should pursue. Instead, it leverages real-world data to show how individuals the same age, sex, race, with the same health status and cancer type and stage have responded to treatment modalities, i.e., surgery, radiation, chemotherapy, immunotherapy, hormone therapy.

These insights, combined with discussions with their advocate about treatment side effects, patient goals, and personal preferences, help patients evaluate their options based on actual outcomes observed in people with similar profiles. Patients receive a personalized report summarizing their treatment priorities—what they want and don’t want from treatment—and includes their personalized data and insights from Capire360.

Capire360 has models for the most common solid tumor cancer sites, covering over 80% of all adult patients with cancer. All the treatment options included in Capire360 are based on guidelines, ensuring alignment with established standards of care.

Treatments and outcomes that align with patient goals.

Patients who use Ardynn gain a clearer understanding of their diagnosis, prognosis and treatment options, leading to more realistic expectations and more informed decisions. This reduces uncertainty and helps prevent suboptimal treatment choices that may not align with their personal goals. By making informed decisions, patients are more likely to choose less invasive treatments that prioritize their quality of life. As a result, they often experience fewer treatment-related complications, improved symptom management, and a greater sense of control throughout their cancer journey. This also translates into fewer emergency room visits, hospitalizations, and ICU admissions, demonstrating the impact of patient centered, informed decision-making on both patient well-being and proper healthcare utilization.

Patient-centered healthcare. Covered as a benefit or sponsored by a provider.

Ardynn delivers personalized advocacy and comprehensive support, addressing the physical, emotional, and social needs of patients with cancer and their families. For most members, Ardynn is provided at no cost, either as an employer or health plan benefit or through providers participating in value-based care models. A self-pay option is available for others. We work to ensure that patients’ priorities are clearly understood, then we capture their goals, needs, and treatment preferences in a detailed personalized report. We encourage them to share this report with you, providing deeper insight into their values and priorities. This is shared decision-making at its finest.

Member Story

”Ardynn has helped me in so many ways. My advocate’s coaching about how to talk to my children about my cancer in a way that made sense to them was a huge relief to me and my wife – and that was just one topic covered during our first of many meetings.”

Joe is just one of the many members we have helped with personalized, compassionate care that supported and empowered him to make choices that were right for his journey.
