Ardynn serves adults diagnosed with cancer, and their loved ones. Ardynn is cost-free to members whose health plan, provider, or employer has an existing partnership with Ardynn. For those without coverage, a self-pay option is available.

The first step for a self-pay individual is a 60-minute virtual consultation with a cancer-specialized Ardynn patient advocate. Our advocates are not only skilled in the medical world but deeply understand what you’re going through. If you choose to enroll, an advocate will be assigned who is dedicated to you throughout your journey.

During this consultation the advocate will hear and understand your situation firsthand, and provide insights and answers to your most pressing questions. They will assess your needs and begin to determine how Ardynn can be most helpful based on what is most important to you, and begin to develop ideas and options for moving forward. Your advocate will follow up after the consultation with a written summary of the discussion, and potential next steps should you choose to continue with Ardynn.

If you choose to schedule a consultation, you will be asked to answer a few questions that are important to helping the advocate prepare for your meeting. This is not a mandatory step, but we highly encourage it because members and advocates alike find it extremely valuable to the process and it maximizes the consultation time.
You can choose for this consultation to take place via phone or video conference via Zoom. And you are welcome to invite loved ones to participate.

The cost for this 60-minute consultation is $250. It can be applied toward your Ardynn enrollment fees if you choose to enroll.
