They’ll cut through the medical jargon, helping you understand your diagnosis and the options before you and connect you with the educational, medical, emotional, social, financial, and practical resources you need.

Your Ardynn advocate, who is dedicated to you, will be as involved as you want them to be. They will tailor their engagement to best meet your needs and are available to you for as long as you need them. There are not hard and fast rules, rather there is unwavering support.

While most healthcare systems, insurance companies, and nonprofits offer nurse navigators, care coordinators, and advocates, our private advocates are different in that their responsibility is solely to you rather than an institution. This means our advocates provide whole person support to meet your personalized needs. They are not time constrained. They work alongside your care team. They can truly focus on you and dedicate the time needed to support your medical, emotional, financial, social and caregiver needs.

Ardynn is always cost free to individuals whose health plan, provider, or employer has an existing partnership with Ardynn. For those without coverage, a self-pay option is available.

All the treatment options included in Capire360 are based on guideline treatments.

Ardynn provides expert advocacy that goes beyond what most individuals can easily find or do on their own. Our advocates use their years of experience, and access to Ardynn’s Clinical Advisors, to streamline the process of researching cancer treatments, side effects, clinical trials, and second opinions, saving you time and ensuring no critical information is missed including that associated with your specific cancer diagnosis.

Additionally, our advocates have access toCapire360, a treatment decision support tool, to deliver personalized insights based on outcomes from “people like you”, offering tailored, nuanced information not easily accessible through online searches.  The personalized insights from Capire360 coupled with unhurried discussions with your advocate help ensure you have weighed the benefits and risks of different treatment options and understand the why behind your decisions.

Throughout your journey, Ardynn allows you to focus on your well-being. We are there to help navigate all aspects of your care and daily life, and anticipate needs before they present themselves.

Yes, though alternative treatments are not included in the Capire360 models, our advocates have the clinical literacy to help research and find credible information about any treatments or alternative treatments you may be considering. While they’re not medical professionals and do not provide clinical advice, they’ll work alongside you to ensure you have the resources to explore and discuss options and confidently make decisions with your care team.

They are trained to act as a liaison between patients and healthcare providers to ensure effective communication and understanding. With your permission they can virtually attend your clinical appointments and help inform your loved ones of what your care team is saying. They can also help identify if additional tests or screenings, such as genomic screening, might be beneficial. They provide guidance on seeking second opinions or referrals to centers of excellence where specialized care might be available. They can monitor care quality, address side effects, and advocate for necessary adjustments.

In addition, they can connect you to community resources, financial assistance, caregiver support, transportation and nutritional aid; as well as assist with survivorship care, follow-up appointments, monitoring for recurrence, and addressing long-term health concerns.
