Who can Ardynn serve?

Ardynn advocacy can serve any adult (18 years or older) and/or a loved one of an adult diagnosed with cancer.

How much does Ardynn cost?

Almost all Surest members have access to Ardynn at no cost to them. If you are considering Ardynn for a loved one that is not on the Surest plan, contact member services at (737) 307-0077 or memberservices@ardynn.com. We are here to help.

Doesn’t my oncologist’s office already provide something like this?

While most healthcare systems and nonprofits offer nurse navigators, care coordinators, and advocates, Ardynn private advocates are different in that their responsibility is solely to you rather than an institution. This means Ardynn advocates provide support to meet all of your personalized needs. They are not time constrained. They work alongside your care team. Ardynn advocates can truly focus on you and dedicate the time needed to support your medical, emotional, financial, social and caregiver needs.

I have already started treatment, how will Ardynn be able to help me?

Ardynn’s advocacy is more than treatment decision support. Ardynn provides wholeperson support at every step of your journey, including navigating medical decisions, emotional challenges, financial concerns, finding caregiver support, or attending to other practical matters. Your Ardynn advocate understands the complexities of the healthcare system. They can help translate medical jargon, sort through financial issues, and connect you to community resources. They are with you every step of your journey, including assisting with survivorship care, follow-up appointments, monitoring for recurrence, and addressing long-term health concerns.
